Your Collaborative Journey

  • Your Free Clarity Call: We begin with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. This is a relaxed chat where we connect, explore your goals, and see if our partnership feels right. It's the first step to understanding where you are and where you want to go.

  • Personalized Path & Foundation: Once we decide to work together, a detailed intake form helps us fine-tune your program to your unique needs and aspirations. This initial phase sets the stage for M – Mindful Presence, helping you awaken your awareness and create inner space for our work.

  • Dedicated Coaching Sessions: We'll meet bi-weekly for 60-minute virtual calls. Each session is a deep dive where we apply the principles of the Empowered MIND Framework directly to your life and challenges. You'll engage with guided meditations, journaling, self-compassion practices, intuition-honing exercises, and decision-making frameworks. You'll also receive supportive resources to empower your journey.

    • Through these sessions, you'll specifically:

      • Develop your I – Intuitive Compass, learning to listen to your inner wisdom for clearer guidance.

      • Cultivate N – Nurturing Compassion, transforming your relationship with your inner critic and embracing your authentic self.

      • Achieve D – Decisive Clarity, integrating all your learnings to make confident, purpose-driven choices that truly resonate with you.

  • Flexible Support: My core offering is a 3-month program of 6 sessions, or a 6-month program of 12 sessions. One-off individual intensive sessions are also available if needed for specific focus areas. For continuous connection and support between calls, you can upgrade for email check-ins or quick phone support.
