At Developing Mindset Coaching, I believe that personal growth in midlife is a mindful journey...

The Foundation: At Developing Mindset Coaching, I believe that sustained personal and professional growth requires Mindful Presence, Deep Self-Compassion, and Unwavering Clarity.

THREE PILLARS OF TRANSFORMATION

Intuitive Clarity

Guiding you to make decisions rooted in your inner wisdom, not external pressure.

Profound Resilience

Fostering self-awareness and self-compassion to navigate challenges with grace.

Aligned Action

Supporting holistic growth so your goals are truly in sync with your deepest values.

For a long time, I used the title of "Coach." While that curious, non-attached inquiry is still the DNA of how I work with people, I’ve realized that Facilitation better describes the "home" I am building for my clients.

To me, a Facilitator is someone who facilitates an experience. It means I am still here to offer reflections, curious questions, and the occasional "spark" to help you find your own direction—but I am doing so by creating a space where you can learn through doing. It’s about moving from talking about the tools to actually regulating and navigating your nervous system in real-time. My coaching is the "how," and Facilitation is the "space" where the transformation happens. I’m excited to bring this more immersive, experience-led approach to everything I do this year

We Are Not "Broken": I believe mindfulness isn't about fixing ourselves. It’s about navigating the human experience with less judgment and more ease.

Experience is the Teacher: True change doesn't come from a lecture; it comes from regulating the nervous system in real-time.

The Power of the Pause: Within the pause is the choice to lead ourselves rather than react to our stress or pain.

Non-Attachment: I offer reflections and "sparks" of insight, but I hold no attachment to the outcome. You are the leader of your own journey.
